Tom is an entrepreneur specializing in building content marketing, marketing technology and information services businesses. Over the last 15 years he has co-founded a group of companies that today are North America, the UK and Australia’s leading content marketing agencies, employing hundreds of professionals worldwide.
William Bracken

William Bracken

CFO and Co-Founder

A co-founder of Brafton, William has been responsible for the strategic financial operations of the business since 2008. As the company diversifies its product ranges and expands into new geographical markets, his role remains to ensure that the business continues to operate on sustainable foundations. A graduate of Cambridge University, he holds a PhD from Essex Business School, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Stewart Snow

Stewart Snow

Chief Technology Officer

Stewart is responsible for evolving and revolutionizing Brafton’s internal and external software offerings and platforms, as well as providing industry-leading consultancy and integration to Brafton’s clients. As a software entrepreneur, Stewart has taken many digital and software-based content, research and marketing businesses from inception through to commercial and technological success, including developing one of the first online web-applications in the late ‘90s.

Chief Commercial Officer

Adam is responsible for Brafton’s commercial and client strategy teams globally. He has been working in content marketing for 20+ years, during which time he established Brafton’s operations in APAC and EMEA. Adam has hands-on experience of every aspect of agency life from leading creative teams to driving growth strategies. He speaks at industry events and is a regular contributor to our blog.
Azlan Jesselli

Azlan Jesselli

Financial Controller

Azlan brings 9 years of accounting experience to his role as Financial Controller, overseeing Brafton’s accounting department. Joining Brafton as an accounts receivable specialist, Azlan now directs all accounting operations for both Brafton and our Australia-based sister company, Castleford. Azlan’s keen financial acumen and attention to detail help manage the inherent complexities that come with operating one of the world’s leading content marketing agencies.

Chief Services Officer

Dave oversees Brafton’s Project Management, Consulting and Promotions & Engagement teams, working with clients and Brafton’s internal content marketing experts to ensure operational excellence across the business. Before taking on the role of Chief Services Officer, he broke ground as one of the company’s original project managers and served as the Vice President of Services and Director of Project Management. Dave’s commitment to quality continues to push Brafton teams to stay ahead of content marketing best practices and produce better results for our clients.

With over 10 years experience in digital marketing, Tricia leads our NA & EMEA client strategy teams. Tricia is responsible for ensuring our client services team provides an excellent experience to our clients which includes understanding and delivering on our clients’ goals. Tricia is constantly working to understand ways to improve and innovate our client approach.

Senior VP of Editorial

Chris began his Brafton career as a Content Writer and now oversees the company’s global Editorial department. With over 15 years of content marketing experience, Chris is dedicated to ensuring the copy Brafton’s in-house writers create exceeds clients’ expectations. In addition to supporting the development of client strategies, Chris collaborates with the department’s Associate Editorial Managers to ensure content training and policies keep up with a continuously evolving industry.

Ryan Collier

Ryan Collier

VP Sales Operations

As the global VP of Sales Operations for Brafton, Ryan Collier is responsible for pushing high-converting opportunities to our sales team for optimal sales results. With over 17 years experience in the industry and almost 15 years with Brafton, Ryan has helped Brafton scale to its current status as the largest and most effective content marketing agency across the globe. Ryan is also actively involved in assisting clients with their marketing and sales operations related tasks specific to strategy and implementation. When Ryan’s not working, he’s spending time with his kids- Cam and Ellie, or worrying about how the New England Patriots can get back to their winning ways.
Deryk King

Deryk King

AVP of Engineering

Deryk is responsible for both the ongoing development and maintenance of many of Brafton’s proprietary software. He also guides and oversees clients’ website development work in multiple local businesses, including entertainment companies. Self-taught and with over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has a front-row seat to many of the industry’s leading emerging technologies.
Jeremy Corb

Jeremy Corb

VP of People Operations

Jeremy joined Brafton in 2011 following a diverse career in professional athletics, writing, and human resources. During his tenure, he has grown with the company from writer to trainer to directing human resources and people operations. A graduate of UMass Boston, he now leads Brafton’s recruitment and staff development efforts, working with the Executive team to drive constant improvement among teams and across the company’s suite of products and services.

Molly Ploe is VP of Marketing at Brafton. With a degree in journalism and 8+ years of marketing experience, she aims to help other marketers collect information and organize it in useful ways that help them achieve their goals.

Samantha Dame

Samantha Dame

VP of Social Media

Sam started her Brafton career as a Social Media Strategist and now oversees the global social department. As the VP of Social Media at Brafton, Sam is responsible for leading the team of Social Media Strategists in developing and executing effective organic and paid social media strategies that drive results for our clients. Outside of the office, you’ll find Sam spending time with her friends, lifting at the gym, and traveling.

Jessica Wells Russell

Director of Production Operations

Jess initially joined Brafton as a content writer in 2013, and since then, has held numerous positions in our Editorial, Consulting, Project Management, and Account Management teams. Jess now oversees a team of project managers, as well as our Customer Success Management and Data Processing teams. When not overseeing Production Operations, Jess enjoys everything the Big Island of Hawaii has to offer, including camping, snorkeling, tropical cocktails, and paddle boarding (not necessarily in that order).

Associate Vice President of SEO

Philip Weafer is Brafton’s global Associate Vice President of SEO based in Ireland. He has a full decade (and counting) of digital marketing experience to his name. He’s a big sports fan with a keen interest in teams across multiple countries and competitions. During his free time, he (attempts) to play golf and other sports socially to an impressively average standard.

What started as a passion for capturing and telling stories has turned into a 15-plus-year career in video marketing. AJ is our Vice President of Visual Media, responsible for leading our award-winning motion graphic and videography teams. Having worked with large corporations to start-up production companies, AJ brings a diverse set of skills and perspectives when it comes to video content creation that drives results.

Director of Client Strategy and Project Management

Based in Sydney, Julia is the Director of Client Strategy and Project Management, leading our project management team across the APAC region. She also works closely with clients to create tailored strategies that align with their goals and objectives. When she’s not overseeing our APAC clients, you’ll likely find her practising yoga, out for a run, or unwinding at one of Sydney’s beautiful beaches.

Zach is the Director of Paid Media at Brafton, based in Vancouver, Canada. A data-driven digital marketing leader with more than a decade of experience, he has led teams and campaigns across industries including insurance, health care, technology, FMCG, e-commerce and fundraising. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoor enthusiast, lifelong martial artist and custom PC builder who shares his adventures through writing and blogging.

Based in Sydney, Fiona leads Brafton’s sales efforts across the APAC region, working with both new and existing clients to align their digital marketing with measurable commercial goals. A natural problem solver, she brings a solutions-first mindset to every client engagement, helping businesses of all sizes and across industry verticals find strategies that resonate with their target audiences and drive long-term results. Having lived across three continents, from Africa to the UK and now calling Australia home, Fiona brings a truly global perspective to everything she does.
